The Library Conference Room is subject to the following policies:

• The primary use of the conference room is for library staff.
• Groups may schedule workshops or other meetings with the understanding that library has priority.
• Should cancellation of the reservation become necessary, please cancel at your earliest convenience and notify the Circulation Desk at 432-837-8123 so that others may utilize the room.
