Library Conference Room
To reserve the Library Conference Room (BWML 104), please click the button below, select a date and time(s), and submit the required information.
The Library Conference Room is subject to the following policies:
- The primary use of the conference room is for library staff.
- Groups may schedule workshops or other meetings with the understanding that library has priority.
- Should cancellation of the reservation become necessary, please cancel at your earliest convenience and notify the Circulation Desk at 432-837-8123 so that others may utilize the room.
As of Wednesday, September 23, 2020: The Library Conference Room is available for booking. No more than 10 people may be in the room at the same time.
Additionally, the Library Conference Room’s Zoom configuration is currently operational. Please inquire with OIT to learn more about available technology.
