Using The Library
There are a number of resources available to help you get the most out of Sul Ross Library.
All Library Search, the search bar on our homepage, is the Sul Ross Library’s main catalog. Powered by EBSCO Discovery Service, All Library Search is a search engine, bringing together most of the our subject databases, our classic (WebCat) catalog, and many more available resources from around the world via WorldCat to create a simplified research expeirence. In All Library Search you can:
- Keyword search using up to three fields and Boolean searching
- Review records of hundreds of thousands of resources in a variety of formats–news features, journal articles, book chapters, book reviews, photos, and audio material
- Access Full Text when available
- Request InterLibrary Loan and Document Delivery for items not owned by the Library
- Jump to related, library-curated resources such as Library Guides and FAQ entries
